Our grinder pump failed late on a Friday, and I was worried we’d be stuck without help all weekend. He assessed the issue himself and was able to get Johnny out the next morning to get it serviced and working again.

We had issues with an airbnb grinder pump in LV. The red alarm warning light kept coming on. I would clear the red light. A couple of days later it would come back on. That's when I called GC Plumbing. They scheduled us for the following. Marcus from GC plumbing showed up, and went straight to work and diagnosed that one of the floats was going bad.

He gave the management company two options. One was just to replace just the one float that was going bad, or replace all three. We opted to replace all three. After removing all three floats and installing the new three, Marcus insisted that he run several tests on the new floats and after few adjustments to we were back up and running.

Marcus is a very knowledgeable technician and took the time to explain the whole process to me. A BIG BOOYAH TO MARCUS AND GC PLUMBING.
