Contacted GC Plumbing Services to get a diagnose on grinder pump, Eric at the office was very polite with great phone etiquette, he’s awesome was able to send a technician my way same day. Chris and Michael did a phenomenal job they were able to install a whole new grinder pump and panel same day, they were both very polite, knowledgeable, awesome people to work with, 5 star customer service! Thank you so much for making everything happened same day! 100% RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Chris with GC Plumbing did a great job on installing a new hot water heater at our home. He was on time and was cheerful and professional throughout his visit. His knowledge and attention to detail was well above average in doing the work, the unit was neatly installed with gas and water lines run in a professional manner. Just in our discussions around other things related to plumbing, it was apparent that Chris had a great deal of knowledge and well versed in his trade.

Did not overcharge and super quick! Our water heater was out and I was worried whatever company I called was going to try and sell us a brand new one (because ours was about 7 years old) but Chris gave restarting the pilot light a try and fixed it easily! Turns out we just didn’t do the reset part right (oops) but Chris was very understanding and taught us how to do it right then so we can fix it ourselves in the future. Excellent service!

Had the pleasure of working with Seth from Good Clean Plumbing this morning and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We had already known about Good Clean Plumbing from a friend, and they have always exceeded our expectations as far as being prompt, communicative, very clear and straightforward with quotes as well as very courteous and safe to be in our home. They went above and beyond to do a great job on installing our new fixtures and appliance, and even added an extra safety feature for stability. From start to finish, Eric and his crew were wonderful to work with, and did excellent work. They gave neither the least nor the most expensive bid to replace all the pipes under my slab, but Eric's explanations and recommendations were the clearest and made the most sense. The timeline he gave me was accurate. The work they had to do inside the house was done very well. I am so glad I used them!
