Chris with GC Plumbing did a great job on installing a new hot water heater at our home. He was on time and was cheerful and professional throughout his visit. His knowledge and attention to detail was well above average in doing the work, the unit was neatly installed with gas and water lines run in a professional manner. Just in our discussions around other things related to plumbing, it was apparent that Chris had a great deal of knowledge and well versed in his trade.

Did not overcharge and super quick! Our water heater was out and I was worried whatever company I called was going to try and sell us a brand new one (because ours was about 7 years old) but Chris gave restarting the pilot light a try and fixed it easily! Turns out we just didn’t do the reset part right (oops) but Chris was very understanding and taught us how to do it right then so we can fix it ourselves in the future. Excellent service!

From start to finish, Eric and his crew were wonderful to work with, and did excellent work. They gave neither the least nor the most expensive bid to replace all the pipes under my slab, but Eric's explanations and recommendations were the clearest and made the most sense.
